非晶硅太阳能电池板,它们通常比晶体模块小,表面均匀,呈深绿色、褐色或黑色。非晶硅太阳能板由无定形太阳能电池组成。它们的特点是生产工艺相对来说较简单,重量轻,使用灵活。然而与市场上单晶,多晶,Sunpower太阳能板相比,它们的效率最低。因此它们没有晶硅太阳能电池板强大,而且要便宜很多。它们可以漫射或者弱光条件下使用,而且对热(温度)不敏感。薄膜太阳能板具有典型的强烈初始退化。

单晶硅非晶硅太阳能板

非晶硅太阳能板由于其简单制造工艺和较低的资源成本。非晶硅太阳能组件比晶硅太阳能便宜的多,但是效率也要低得多。效率在6%-10%左右,意味着相同性能的太阳能电池板,需要较大面积的非晶硅太阳能组件,它们需要在大型开放的空间中使用。

尽管非晶硅太阳能板对温度变化有反应,但是不如晶体硅组件强烈。它们还可以在相对较高温度下产生恒定发电量,它们对照明条件不是很敏感,甚至有些在室内也能发电,例如计算器里面的,在漫射照明条件下也能产生相同的性能,适合南非地区。

与晶体太阳能充电板相比,非晶硅太阳能板功率较少,寿命较短,更容易受环境影响。
