近日,国际科学家团队使用特定的排列方式在26c㎡的面积上实现了钙钛矿电池21.4%的转换效率,创造了该尺寸的效率记录。

在0.09 c㎡的面积上,钝化制备的电池达到了23.9%的转换效率,当放大到26 c㎡时,电池的转换效率达到了21.4%。该电池在运行 1000 小时后保持了初始效率的85%,在氮气中加热到85摄氏度,1000小时后保持了初始效率的75 %。
